I would like to send a welcome message to all the new
subscribers of the list I maintain, without sending the standard blurb... Since
my list is not open to subscription and I add all the names myself, I added the
users "quiet add.." I would now like to send certain people on the
list a welcome message that was drafted specifically for this list. I don't want
to screw up the default.mailtpl file, so should I make a listname.mailtpl file?
and if so where do I add the text for the welcome message? and how do I send
that file to people I want to receive it?\
