I've used all the beta versions and the two release versions of Outlook Express and its never had problems using reply-to headers, but it will put anything in outgoing mail that the user types in the config box, some are *really* invalid!

Outlook 98 seems to be ok so far...

Lotus Notes has caused me grief in the past, but it depends on the SMTP gateway being used, there are lots available...
