Don't give anyone owner authority unless you trust them. 2) Establish a second account with a different userid on a different node and make it a quiet owner. 3) Keep master copies of all files locally. i.e. header, mailtpl etc. 4) Do a GET listname (NOLOCK on a regular basis.
