Immediately after sedning my last reply, I got this error back from listserv : >This message is in MIME format. Since your mail reader does not understand >this format, some or all of this message may not be legible. > >------ =_NextPart_000_01BE2848.54F8DF30 >Content-Type: text/plain > >Your message > > To: Recipients of BLUES-L digests > Subject: BLUES-L Digest - 9 Dec 1998 to 10 Dec 1998 > Sent: Fri, 11 Dec 1998 00:00:10 -0500 > >did not reach the following recipient(s): > >[log in to unmask] on Tue, 15 Dec 1998 11:31:08 -0500 > The recipient name is not recognized > MSEXCH:IMS:EMAIL:IN4WEB.COM:MAIL 0 (000C05A6) Unknown Recipient This is just a regular an error-message, but what's more interesting is the subject line : this is one of the missing mails !!! As far as I know, nobody has received any digest with these subject name : BLUES-L Digest - 9 Dec 1998 to 10 Dec 1998 BLUES-L Digest - 13 Dec 1998 to 14 Dec 1998 And the mailserver of this user just returned me this error ? I haven't see any of the regular error-messages that you normally get when a host is temporary unavailable. But I haven't seen any error from his mailserver at all. --- Jo Hermans, System Administrator DINF, VUB University, Brussels [log in to unmask] http://dinf.vub.ac.be/~jo/ Tel : +32-2-629.38.19 Fax : +32-2-629.35.25
