I agree, but it has to be done like Paul suggested , in such a way that the primary
listowner can also remove him/herself from the primary spot temporarily in case the
primary has to be offline ... and if the primary loses his/her provider and someone
needs to change the primary's address in the header.

Kinda sticky. :(  but the problem of missing owners for Postmaster pales compared
the problems caused by inter-co-owner hassles, I think, and it would be nice to have
a feature on listserv that could handle it.
