Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Yes <sigh> we are still running the gateway. We pretty much hate the gateway but out of some sort of Internet responsibility we keep it up. Supposedly, newsguy (http://www.newsguy.com/) has taken over some of the gateways for us. One way or another, we can't do gatewaying past May 1, 1999 because we are getting rid of our mainframe. We could do the gate on a unix box, but we really don't want to.
