The keyword statements in the following examples go in the super-list
header file. In these examples, the sub-list names are "SUBLIST1" and
"SUBLIST2". If you were expecting something witty or original, you're
probably going to be disappointed.

Identify sub-lists:

* Sub-Lists= SUBLIST1,SUBLIST2

Allow sub-list subscribers to post to the super-list:

* Editor= (SUBLIST1),(SUBLIST2)

Allow sub-list subscribers to access the super-list archives:

* Notebook= Yes,location,frequency,Private
* Notebook= (SUBLIST1),(SUBLIST2)

I put explanatory comments in the header files for the super-list and
the sub-lists. Here is the template for the super-list. The blocks of
text set off by short seperator lines are either/or sections, based on
the list configuration.
