<idle musing>
Do 'capped' commands count as shouting?

<not so idle thought>
What gets to me, though, is the fact that listserv software is supposed to
bounce valid commands sent to the list. 'Signoff Whateverlist' is a *valid*
command, (if the list is called Whateverlist.) 'Signoff Whateverlist' gets
through every time...misspelled or not.
