Hm, actually, it may be a file quota. This LOOKS like a problem on the server end of things, and the best that you can do (if this is the case) is prune your archives, possibly removing whole archives, rather than just removing messages from them. If you have access to the server, you can possibly up the quota for listserv. That should do it. It doesn't look like anything that you can really solve unless you are the System Administrator of the machine that your list is sitting on. Of course, my annalysis could be entirely wrong.
