*Some* Eudora Light users are getting attachments. They are using 32 bit
versions: Eudora Light Version 1.5.4 (32), QUALCOMM Windows Eudora Light
Version 3.0.6 (32), and Windows Eudora Light Version 3.0.1 (32). [Some Eudora
Light users, same program versions, report no problems.]

Attachments arrive when users of Novell Groupwise or different language sets
post, or when someone quotes text or webpage materials that use odd characters.
Eudora dumps the untranslatable into an attachment. Attachment prone posts
show up in Gardens logs with "Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable" as
part of the header information.

We're running under Listserv 1.8d, but 1.8c had the same problem.

I had one person report that setting nohtml stopped the problem, another said
that setting nomime helped...and then, today, those solutions were nixed. Now I
need a new solution, please.
