It isn't necessarily a needless feature per se, BUT in the scheme of the
universe of LISTSERV-features, it may be of much lower priority that some
would then translate to the same value as 'needless.'   Therefore, a
simple Yes/No vote is not sufficient, but perhaps a weighted survey of
various features.  The weights might be biased by $'s spent on license
fees, size of subscriber base, contributions by customer site's
organization to the "good" of the community mailing list community
including but not limited to their support of discussion/solutions on
LSTOWN-L and LSTSRV-L, etc.
