Fitzgerald's page on Advicom has apparently been yanked in the last couple
of days.  There are several Mailserv for LISTSERV sites out there though
that turn up with an Altavista search.  Presumably someone could provide the
scripts.  I'm going to be contacting some of them myself to see if they can
help.
