Basically, the way *I* read you post, it seemed more appropriate for WEB
sites who want to increase "hits" and not list-owners, unless they were
some sort of commercial organization.  In terms of discussion lists, it
isn't a matter of "numbers" of subscribers, but more (IMHO) quality of
discussion.
