Depends on the tools you have to work with. I did this with over 2,000 lists several times. I generate an e-mail job to GET all the lists. After they all arrive, I move all these replies into a singe EUDORA mailbox. Then I edit this mailbox with a standard text editor, treating it as a single long file. In my case, on a Mac, I use BBEDIT. I change the PW=XXXXXXX to the correct password and do any other mass changes. Then I run a small applescript program that tells Eudora to reply to each of these messages.
A bit convoluted, I admit, but it works once you get all the tools in place.
Not sure how to do it on Windows or other platforms. There must be similar tools available
