One thing to try is looking at the latest version of Eudora. It has a
feature called "Mood Watch" which basically scans for naughty words and
alerts the user as to the level of "hotness" a message may contain. If
you're willing to shoulder the extra load you could then set everyone to
REVIEW and that would give you the option of previewing everything *before*
it hits the list.
Of course, Vladis's suggestion of investing in a Louisville Slugger is
another worthwhile option. Down here in Oz we find cricket bats are
particularly effective.... ;~)
