This is easy. Two methods are available.

1) Issue the "getall listname"  command, then supply the resulting file to
your subscriber.

2) Log onto your Listserver and issue the "listview command" and redirect
the output to a file. You can than either ftp this file to an anonymous
ftp server for the user to access, or you can email the file to the user.
