It does, according to the manual.

No, I was testing that by sending emails to each @HOME subscriber at their @HOME address
and at the corresponding @ATTBI address. It turns out you are partially right.
Of 28 subscribers on @HOME, 9 have been converted to ATTBI (and get the odd
"HEIALMBOS.MHRIH" error code if you send to their @HOME address). Two others have left
@HOME and gone to other ISPs and contacted me about it individually, and one seems to have
fallen through the cracks; all three of those also get that funky error. The remaining 16 still
appear to have working @HOME addresses. It appears to depend on what part of the @HOME
network they were on.
No one was converted to whatever.attbi.com -- all the attbi conversions I've seen are just plain
attbi.com.
