I am setting up an automated mechanism to process the LISTSERV ChangeLog
on a daily basis. I would like to "clean out" the file daily and have
LISTSERV start a new one.

Can I safely rename the file and assume LISTSERV will create a new one as
necessary? Can I do this while LISTSERV is running?

If not, what other options do I have to accomplish what I want?
