Barbara:
Not all FROM addresses are "real." Spammers can "craft" aka spoof a
FROM: address. Then they send that message to a -REQUEST. LISTSERV then
dutifully sends an auto-ack to the FROM: address which then bounces
possibly going to the OWNER-listname address.
