I have a subscriber that is complaining because they have posts rejected
as commands - because of a tendency to respond to posts with OK as the
first line of the reply (stand alone). Questions:

1) Has the logic to sense commands been revised under 1.8e to include a
check for OK?
2) What is the rule that triggers this case
3) Can the rule be changed to contain a bit more logic, to avoid this
situation?

One might think that it is simply an education issue with this user, but
I think it is reasonable to start the reply to a post with "OK", it
might even be the entire message.
