It means that the list for any of several reasons has been held. A
message should have been sent explaining why. I am not sure if this
message is sent to "owners" or the "errors-to" address.
In any case, you can send a:
Free listname-l
command to the listserv, but if there is still a problem such as a disk
full or i/o error the list will immediately be held again. Another
thing that can hold the list is to exceed the daily posting limit.
