We don't use SEND= EDITOR, but instead SEND=PRIVATE with all subscribers
SET to NOPOST except authorized posters who are then to REVIEW. Those
particular subscribers are both MODERATORS= and EDITORS= and thus their
distributions are processed by the "OK" (or click on URL) mechanism among
the multiple moderators (ALL).
MAILTPL has also been updated to suppress auto-responses from
non-authorized posters.
This "works" just fine except when a problematic distribution is returned
by a broken MTA (or MUA) back to the list. Because [?] the APPROVED
header is already present from the first go-round, LISTSERV things it's
OK to re-process (assuming that it is not caught by the duplicate mail
processing).
