In my 1.8e list, this is the way digest is set up:
Notebook= Yes,/listlogs/birding/birdtrip,Weekly,Public
Digest= Yes,Same,Daily,18
It is sent at 6:00 PM daily, which is 9:00 PM in my time zone.
As you can see it is set on the 24-hour clock without minutes.
I do get digest only once a day, but it may be worth another try
to add a second time in the same format. (If you can risk another
day with no digest!)
