We have a few distribution like lists that I would like to set to the following:

Only the editor can post to this list. All other subscribers and non-subscribers
can not even post something for review by the editor--all non-editor sent
messages are blocked, or preferribly go to a void/null. In addition, when any
recepient replies to a posting, the reply IS NOT sent to the list but to the
editor. I am a bit new to listserv and wanted to see how I could set this up.
