My understanding is that as long as the subscriber has a normal (properly 
configured) e-mail client, and as long as there is not a Reply-to header 
in the post that points back to the list, then

Reply-to= Sender,Respect

should take care of the problem. It certainly took care of it on our list; 
we rarely have personal replies end up on the list itself these 
days--and it used to be a big problem for us.
