I think Pete's point is that LISTSERV can only make a suggestion that 
replies should go to a particular address, and it's up to the 
individual's email program to actually follow that suggestion when 
the individual hits the "reply" button. Some email clients implement 
support for the Reply-to: mail header, and others don't. 

BTW, if you want to really be strict about it, you want
Reply-To=Sender,Ignore (rather than Respect).
