What I WISH would work is the ability to put this information in the
very top of the page, but I am told since that is static, this is not
possible. That is what you were trying to do in 1.8d.
It appears SUB-TOP-BANNER ought to work in 14.4, and in my fumbling around
I have seen it work! But now I can't make it do so again. I have the
template defined (in fact, in both site.mailtpl and site.wwwtpl, which I
suspect is wrong). But in any case, nothing is displayed. Help- what am I
doing wrong?
