Right. "Hold" is the facility that causes Listserv to hold on to a copy
of a post while it awaits moderation. If "Hold" is in effect, one may
use the "OK" mechanism and often simply clicks a link to OK a post for
distribution. For the "modern version of the great kludge", posts are
moderated for non subscribers, as well as subscribers set to Review.
