The template you're looking for is "MSG_POSTING_CONFIRM_EDITOR" and in
the list management web interface this appears in the 'Posting
Responses" category.

It's been a while since I've wanted to do this and may not be clear
about
how, but is it possible for moderated list approvals not to include a
URL in
the approval message?  We had an incident where a message was approved
for
distribution that shouldn't have been when someone clicked on the URL
in the
approval message unintentionally.  I couldn't find the message in the
mail
template file.  Thanks.
