Many Owners find success with setting a ridiculously low Sizelim= setting
in the list header. Something like
Sizelim=75
might do the trick. After a while you can experiment with gently
increasing the number.
Note that when setting the Sizelim= value, LISTSERV includes the Internet
headers in the line-count so you'll need to take into consideration that
the first few lines may be 'hidden' from view. This can be anywhere from
10-20 or more. Of course, YMMV.
Repeat offenders soon learn how to trim out detritus when their posts are
continually being rejected due to excessive length.
