I've never found it to be that easy. From time to time, I get calls from women 
who recently married and their posts still show their maiden name instead of 
their married name, even when it's been changed in their email client settings. 
I tell them to issue a register off / register command to listserv so the name 
gets updated in the sinup.file, and that always does the trick.
