Release Notes are your friend. In Ver 14.5 and later, add this line to the
List Header:
(note the individual user option setting must also be SET to IETFHDR for

to work)
Default-Options= IETFHDR
Misc-Options= IETFHDR_SUBJECT_TAG
If you have many lists, you can set this at the site-wide level by adding
this
line to site.cfg (Windows)
DEFAULT_MISC_OPTIONS=IETF_SUBJECT_TAG
or these 2 lines to go.user (unix)
DEFAULT_MISC_OPTIONS="IETF_SUBJECT_TAG"
export DEFAULT_MISC_OPTIONS
