I'm not sure I understand the implications here.

I take it this applies only to subscribers receiving the list in
digest format? Does it have implications for the archive? And
does it mean that I no longer need to have the NOHTML line in
the list header?
And is Misc-options= UTF8_Header,KEEP_EXCHANGE_DATA necessary?
