If you're delivering to 65,000 addresses and not removing the invalid
ones, it's likely that your delivery to legitimate addresses is already
impacted.  Many service providers use your invalid delivery attempts as
part of their spam scoring (because spammers don't clean their address
lists, either), which means that all of those attempts to deliver to
invalid addresses increase the odds that the valid ones end up in the spam
folder instead of the inbox.  If you've never cleaned up your address
lists, this is probably already happening, and it will get worse over
time.
