Hi everybody,

is there any way to track down which moderator released any
given mail from a moderation queue?
We have an instance of a message in a moderated list which
appears to have either bypassed moderation or released itself,
neither of which sounds feasible. So assuming it was pilot
error, I'd like to identify the pilot, so to speak.

Is this possible?
