    It  looks like  you're sending  your PUTs  to LISTSERV  in NETDATA
(e.g.  via SENDFILE).  LISTSERV expects  them to be in PUNCH (NOHEADER
format (e.g raw, unprocessed cards, no extra trash at the start of the
file).

The "INMR01" tag identifies a NETDATA file.
