A colleague asked the following question on my Help-Net list. I have
no idea what the answer is. He is absolutely right. The current time is
23:00 on 12/11, however, the help-net statistics report that I just received
reflects only up to 10/15.

The statistics on the HELP-NET list do not reflect the current users of
the list. Why is that? Why not update them more often ( I thought it
was done in "real time". -- even so, the current date is NOV 15, 1990)
