I have  never had  any rejected  listserv mail  from Harvard,  however, that's
probably because  no one at Harvard  is subscribed to  any of my lists  or any
other lists at Templevm's listserver.
 
As for  the lack of attention  the folks at  Harvard have been showing  you, I
suggest  you just  pick up  the phone  and call  someone in  charge there  and
complain.   A complete  lack of  a response  is intollerable  and can  only be
explained if their mailer cannot function well enough to get your notes to the
postmaster at Harvard which is an unlikely possibility.
