Don't know exactly what Jim means by a problem with 9203. I suspect it's just
one of many instances of VMS sites thinking they can just change their node
definition to become "BSMTP compliant". They don't realize that they have to
make a slight change to their PMDF configuration, too (even though there has
been mail to this effect on several lists).
