While you are at it, could you do something similar with
subscription messages.  We now get:
 
      Subject:  New subscription to list LSTOWN-L
      Subject:  User signing off the LSTOWN-L list
 
I'd like to see:
 
      Subject:  LSTOWN-L new SUB: [log in to unmask]
      Subject:  LSTOWN-L SIGNOFF: [log in to unmask]
                ----|----|----|----|----|----|----|----|
                        10        20        30        40
 
These are not as important to me as the change in the delivery
error notices, but it would help.
