Jim -
     Many of the same complaints here - almost all caused by failure
to READ instructions - they insist on trying to use "ok <code>" in a
REPLY instead of following instructions and SENDing the message in
same way sub request was sent.  After fifth/six message saying RT-M
in increasing ire, they do it correctly and have no difficulty.
