Thanks to those who responded to my request about finding the "List
Management Tips..." document. Now that I've found and read it, I have
more questions.
 
1) I get the impression that LISTSERV is only available for sites that
   are members of the BITNET. True?
 
2) If that's true, then what mailing list management software is
   available for our data center which isn't a BITNET site, but does
   run VM?
 
3) Where can copies of that software be obtained? How? etc.
