Most of these addresses were generated years ago, by FAL V1. When ONE
field in the header had a non-Internet address, V1 of FAL rewrote ALL the
fields, even those that did have a correct address. This was fixed in V2.
In general there is no reason to have:
[log in to unmask]
The confirmation goes to the address LISTSERV got the message from. If
that address is wrong/not working, this isn't LISTSERV fault. LISTSERV
can't know whether the address works until it actually tries it, and then
it can't try to guess what the correct address should have been.
