RE: keeping the Internet healthy.
Let's all do what we have to do to keep
it healthy, thriving, and swat the flies and clear up the specks
that mess up the net for the rest of us.
there are ways of letting the mischiveous puppies know they are
being disruptive. let's not destroy so useful a tool.
