Probing this just a little deeper, is it necessary to instruct LISTSERV
to delete <listname> DBNAMES and <listname> DBINDEX so as to force a new
index to be built the next time someone does a database search, or will
LISTSERV automatically detect that that the index is stale and take care
of it? I have always done the delete, but Gruber implies that it's not
necessary.
