First, email: [log in to unmask]
get NEW-LIST CREATE
get NEW-LIST DISCLAIM
get NEW-LIST FORMAT
get NEW-LIST README
get NEW-LIST SEARCHES
get NEW-LIST WELCOME
get NEW-LIST WOUTERS
info refcard
info owners
info keyword
info faq
info database
then e-mail [log in to unmask]
get listserv tips
index lsvowner
Finally, for questions not answered above, learn how
to use the Database Search function (INFO DATABASE) against
the LSTONW-L and LSTSRV-L archives (besides joining those
lists, esp. the first).

I think this has nothing to do with a list having been "moved"
but is std. global listserv knowledge of where non-confidential
lists are maintained i.e., this is the same behaviour when
you e-mail [log in to unmask] (or listserv@listserv).
