I  have updated  the  web  interface to  support  the  inclusion of  HTML
descriptions in the list header, to be reflected automatically on the web
site. Try searching for LSTOWN-L for  an example (it's the only list I've
changed thus  far). This  will allow  list owners to  put links  to their
charters, welcome pages and other  relevant information. This is shown to
the users BEFORE the "how to subscribe" information, so hopefully they'll
take a good look at it.
