Greetings,
 
I am one of the managers for [log in to unmask] and have a
problem with a currently served out user.  She apparently gained that
status by persistently sending an incorrect subscription confirmation
message and is now quite frustrated with the situation.  She did not
contact me until after she'd been 'served out'.
 
Who do I contact about getting this fixed?
