This seems like a stupid question but here it is anyway.
 
If a list is held by an owner how do I release it?  I'm also the listserv
maintainer but my powers seem to be dormant today.  I always thought that I
had to unlock the list but that doesn't work.  There was a change in list
ownership and when one of the old owners jumped ship yesterday the list
came up as held today.b
