Maybe it can do that, but either it's not implemented on all lists or is not
very good at filtering, because I quite often see command messages 'getting
through' to LISTSERV lists to which I am subscribed (it commonly happens on
SAS-L, for example). I have also, for my sins, be known to erroneously
address commands to lists in my time ('pressed the wrong button'!) - and
they have invariably 'got through' without the generation of any bounce
message such as you indicate. If you like, I'll try it with LSTSRV-L !!
